For almost three decades, I’ve led teams, trained professionals, and worked across industries and cultures—from sailing the Atlantic twice and living in the Caribbean, to leading national customer service for Woolworths Cafe’s, and later mentoring real estate professionals. Every step of the journey has reinforced one truth: confidence and communication are the keys to leadership and personal success.
In 2020, I founded The Winning Attitude Skills Training to share those lessons with entrepreneurs, managers, and professionals who are ready to grow. And since 2021, I’ve extended my work into public speaking training, empowering individuals to gain confidence, speak with clarity, and fall in love with their own voice.
