Check-in and Wins:

  • We kick things off by celebrating! Each member shares their recent wins or breakthroughs. It’s a positive start, and it energizes the group to see each other's progress.

Challenges and Hot Seats:

  • This is where the magic happens. Members bring their current challenges or big questions to the table, and the group brainstorms together, offering fresh perspectives and solutions.

Goal-Setting and Accountability:

  • We wrap up by setting clear goals and action steps for the week or month ahead. The group keeps each other accountable, so there’s always forward momentum. What to Expect?

We will host 2 sessions per month of 90 minutes each.

  • 2nd Monday of each month from 7pm to 8.30pm
  • 4th Thursday of each month from 3pm to 4.30pm
    • (Once registered you will join a Speak with Impact Mastermind VIP Group and calendar invites will be sent to you)

All sessions will be recorded and placed on a platform, should you miss a session.

Nitty Gritty (Ts & Cs)

  • Only graduates who have graduated from “Speak With Impact” with The Winning Attitude can join.
  • Commitment to attend at least 1 of the 2 sessions per month
  • Participation requirements (Showing up prepared, camera on, ready to interact)
    • It also means being fully present and engaged during meetings.
    • Put away distractions, listen actively, and contribute to the conversation.
    • The more you put into the group, the more you’ll get out of it.
  • Confidentiality agreements (what is shared on the group, stays on the group)
  • Membership fees needs to be paid in advance per month

The course is not just sharing information, it's so much more than that. It's building confidence you didn't know you lacked, meeting your team at their own level to establish not only rappor with them but also their needs and how you can help them reach their next level, whatever that might be. It also allows you to allow each team member to maintain their own personality while you adapt yours to theirs thereby allowing them to grow and still be themselves. Before embarking on the leadership training course with Nicke, I had some vague notions of what a good leader should be and do, but nothing concrete and practical. The journey with Nicke over 3 months was not only training in how to be an effective leader, with proactive advice and frameworks, but it also became my weekly mentoring session for my personal career growth.
